A note under the door

The building has one door for everything, and notes get read daily: keys@snaatus.com. A person answers — usually same day, always inside two business days, no ticket theater.

Notes that move fastest name a room and a fact: a rent that drifted from its listing, a panel count that changed, a photo the maker refreshed, a listing gone quiet, or an accessibility snag anywhere on the premises — put 'access' in the subject and it jumps the ledger.

Two kinds of note outrun this desk's authority. Anything about an Amazon order — tracking, refunds, missing parcels — belongs in Your Orders on Amazon, where staff can see the box; and anything about an animal's health belongs with a veterinarian before it belongs with a housing catalog.

• A rent or count on the board that no longer matches its live listing
