The lease

Every tenancy runs on a short document nobody should need a lawyer to read. This is ours — five clauses, plain hand, signed by continuing to browse.

Clause one — the parties

This site is kept by an independent household with no connection to SNAAT the seller beyond admiring their panel work. SNAAT's name and product imagery are theirs, used here to describe genuine goods; nothing on these pages is written, reviewed or paid for by them.

Clause two — the rent goes to Amazon

No payment is taken on these premises. Every button opens a live Amazon listing where Amazon and its sellers set the price, hold the stock, run the checkout and honor the delivery. Figures quoted here are dated snapshots; the listing is the binding number.

As an Amazon Associate, SNAAT earns from qualifying purchases — the referral commission that keeps the lights on, costs tenants nothing, and edits no opinions.

Clause three — the advice

Housing guidance here is honest household practice plus the maker's documentation and the community standards linked in the paper trail. It is offered as-is: your animal, your floors and your corners may differ, and an animal's health questions belong with a veterinarian, not a housing catalog.

Clause four — the fixtures

The words and arrangement of these pages belong to this site; quote with a link and welcome. Product names, photography and trademarks stay the property of their makers. Wholesale scraping voids the friendly tone of this clause.

Clause five — severability and the doorbell

If any clause here fails legally, the others keep their tenancy. Questions, disputes and corrections all use the same door: keys@snaatus.com.
